My office full of disorganized notes scribbled across a half dozen notes pads and hundreds of floating post-its has been distilled into a single device. Reviewing papers and exporting annotations back to my pc are a breeze. I was finally able to sit down and write a chapter on this that has been haunting me for six months, the writing experience is a joy. A bonus was realizing how easily I could trace figures and drawings in academic articles for export by treating them as annotations that I’d copy onto a blank page at the end of the pdf. This would have been a godsend in my PhD program, but I’m happy to have it now. Game changer.
I got the nomad to take notes with in college and I thought that the small screen size would be an issue, but it has not been a problem at all and just makes it more portable.
Exactly what I wanted. I have used it virtually daily since I got it. It’s seems rather expensive for what it is, but it’s certainly high quality. The writing experience is quite pleasurable. It’s a great organizational tool for those who want a classic pen and paper feel with modern convenience.
