Estimated shipping time for your pre-order (ENDED)

[UPDATE]: The pre-order has ended on July 18, 2022 and the delivery time is back to normal (usually 5 to 10 working days).

We are doing our best to expedite production so that you can receive your Supernote as soon as possible, but due to the lockdown, we are unable to provide an exact shipping time for each pre-order. Here is a chart that is continually updated to give you information about our shipping schedule, please understand that this is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Pre-orders ship in chronological order and on a first-come, first-served basis, please note that the time your order is credited to the queue may be affected by bank and payment gateway processing. If an item in your order has been modified, that order may also be delayed in the queue by approximately 1 to 3 days. Once your pre-order is shipped out, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking number and delivery time from that point is usually only 5 to 7 working days. It isn't OK that you don't get your Supernote until after we reopen the warehouse and DHL resumes service. We want to do more than just tell you how much we appreciate your patience and support, we want to compensate - all customers who pre-ordered an A5 X or A6 X that still hasn't been shipped out and those who pre-order from now on will receive a free sleeve.

 The sleeve provides protection for Supernote while on the go and complements its elegant design. The colors come at random depending on availability.

Your continued patience and enthusiasm is really keeping us going, and we want to do more to make your wait worthwhile.

The warranty for all customers who pre-ordered an A5 X or A6 X that still hasn't been shipped out and those who pre-order from now will be extended from 1 to 2 years for free. Under this extended warranty, we warrant the hardware against defects under normal use. Please note that this warranty applies only to Supernote devices, not to accessories and consumable parts, such as batteries.

We hope to have more good news to announce soon.

Finally, the good news: shipments will begin soon, after overcoming many difficulties.

The still unending lockdown in Shanghai means that our guys are closed up inside the factory to pack your order. We regret to inform you that there is no available box-sealing machine in the factory and your package will not be sealed with any shrink film.

Pre-orders placed in February will be shipped out first, then those placed in March, April and May. You will get a notification when your order is on its way.
