Great product. Love the option of having an ink pen during the day
I believe that my thinking process is aided by the physical act of handwriting, and I find it hard to draft ideas via a keyboard or by the joyless experience of 'writing' on a conventional tablet. I am therefore delighted with the Nomad, which I took to straightaway. It accompanied me on a recent trip abroad as my only device (apart from a mobile phone), and at no point did I miss my laptop or tablet. The small format of the Nomad meant that it lived up to its name during my wanderings. There is a learning curve, of course, as with any new system, but the onboard user manual was always available. The only functionality I would have liked (and it may be that it is possible but I have not yet worked out how to do it) was to split the screen and have, say, a Word document open in one screen and a Notes file open in the other. That aside, I can see this little device becoming an indispensable companion.
Hi, I am still learning technology and desired to have a device to help me be more organized. I looked into Iflytek as I was attracted to the recording ability and its small size, but the price I did not care for. However, I chose them over Supernote because of those features. Iflytek had awful customer service before I ordered their item and even after I purchased their item from two different distributors, so I decided to try Supernote as my second choice. Your prompt customer service is excellent and is what sold me. And after using the device, I began to fall in love with it. I appreciate the prompt responses. I also like the thought of being able to fix the device myself, and also thought that if I found that I did not like it or if I later wanted something new, I could simply pass it along to my daughter or grandchildren with the thought that it will not be outdated because the parts can be updated. I also like that the nib does not need to be changed . I am happy with my device. Your customer service made me feel comfortable with ordering something from another country. Thank you so much from a very happy customer. P. S. – Your device has helped me become more organized though I have not had it long.
Features I like: one does not need to carry a computer or iPad. 2. It’s lightweight 3. saves on paper 4. Live the ability to erase and redo, especially since I can’t write fast or neat. It allows me to go back and make neater. 5. Can empty out brain of thoughts onto device.
6.More options that allow me to use my fingers over the pen on the different areas of the unit.
Keep up the good work and stay true to what you envision the product to be as you have something truly unique.

It’s just nice to write with a little more weight. Feels a bit more substantial.
I have both the heart of metal pen and the push-up pen but for me. I prefer the push-up. It is light weight and comfortable in my hand and it doesn't roll away on the table because of the clip. When not is use and quickly retract the nip to protect it.
I’ve been writing a lot for my meetings and used up many books. I love the super note Manta and it helps me organize with the star and headings and keywords feature. They have a great roadmap. Love to see integration with MS Office 365 with many professionals using it.
It is overpriced but the folio doesn’t add bulk and is exactly what I needed. The case I purchased on Etsy was just too big. Happy I ordered it.
Supernote was great about replacing the pen! They offered to fully replace for free or put money towards a new pen purchase, and were super quick sending it out even here in the States. 10/10 service!!

I'm really enjoying my Supernote and you'll notice that it's an extremely expensive product for those of us who live in Brazil, given the devaluation of our currency. Even so, I believed in the offer and bought it.
I just think you could make the erase tool a bit thicker. Even if I set it to maximum and put a little pressure on it to get it to the maximum size, I think it's still too thin. That's why I only use the selection tool to erase.
Another point. The tool to delete the entire page, you could hide it in the “...”. Even though it asked me if I wanted to delete the whole page, I got confused and accidentally deleted a page.
One suggestion would be for the pages deleted in this tool to go to a trash can. Even without the possibility of undoing it, just being in the trash, in case the person regrets it, they can search for this information later.
Anyway, that's it. I really like your product and everyone I meet in meetings or at my MBA always asks about it and I make a point of talking about it.

It has all the features I have ever dreamed of having in a digital notebook. I knew I would love it and I do!
I’ve had my Supernote Nomad for a little over a month now and I have described it as possibly the best thing I have purchased in years. Everything about it have been great.
I upgraded from my Kindle Scribe and it’s so much better being a perfect size for me and functionally rich too. I love it.
Love love love. Perfect for an artist who is heavily invested in stationary. I am reaching for my Supernote all the time when I want things to stay with me longer than the length of a journal.
Loving my new Nomad. Perfect size, intuitive to use, great battery life and it feels really nice to write on. It’s a pleasure to use every day!
It's light, nice surface to draw on, easy to learn, more functionality than I was expecting, and looks great.
The Supernote differentiates itself from others in a few important ways:
1. Superb writing experience. This is a personal preference and I see/feel good aspects to Supernote's experience and others that use replaceable nibs.
2. The ceramic nib that never needs to be replaced is especially attractive to me because the replaceable nibs tend to get damaged and need replacing due to other factors (e.g., accidental drop) rather than from writing. The extra durability is nice.
3. The pens are just really nice to hold.
4. The OS and design around organizing notes is so much better than competitive products. Instead of just a bunch of disjointed files, Supernote files are linkable and provide great organizational tools.
