Hi, I am still learning technology and desired to have a device to help me be more organized. I looked into Iflytek as I was attracted to the recording ability and its small size, but the price I did not care for. However, I chose them over Supernote because of those features. Iflytek had awful customer service before I ordered their item and even after I purchased their item from two different distributors, so I decided to try Supernote as my second choice. Your prompt customer service is excellent and is what sold me. And after using the device, I began to fall in love with it. I appreciate the prompt responses. I also like the thought of being able to fix the device myself, and also thought that if I found that I did not like it or if I later wanted something new, I could simply pass it along to my daughter or grandchildren with the thought that it will not be outdated because the parts can be updated. I also like that the nib does not need to be changed . I am happy with my device. Your customer service made me feel comfortable with ordering something from another country. Features I like: one does not need to carry a computer or iPad. 2. It’s lightweight 3. saves on paper 4. Live the ability to erase and redo, especially since I can’t write fast or neat. It allows me to go back and make neater. 5. Can empty out brain of thoughts onto device.
6.More options that allow me to use my fingers over the pen on the different areas of the unit.
Keep up the good work and stay true to what you envision the product to be as you have something truly unique.
