I received my Manta a bit quicker than they estimated. Very easy to get started using it. Being left handed, I had some issues with the writing starting/stopping intermittently and was, admittedly, very underwealmed and disheartened. I sent my issues to the support email, not expecting much response, but they were very quick in their reply. I supplied very detailed information to them about the problems and within 2 quick firmware updates (over the course of about 2 weeks), the people there completely fixed my intermittent writing issues.
I use this for all my notetaking now --- having used an iPad for years, I can say I only really miss the ability to use different ink colours, but the writing feel and ability to find/flag important notes makes up for this. Very happy with the device at this point. Thanks guys for the great support!
