Supernote Nomad Price to Increase by $30 on Sep 29
Sep 15, 2026
Hi everyone,
Supernote has always maintained stable pricing. We do not discount arbitrarily (except for previous-generation products during model transitions) or raise prices without reason. We view pricing consistency as an essential part of our brand identity, and price adjustments are only ever made as a last resort.
Throughout Supernote’s history, aside from local operational adjustments in specific markets and a 10% increase in the US market last May due to tariff changes, we have consistently kept our pricing steady.
Following the shift of our primary manufacturing lines to Japan, our original plan was to lower device prices accordingly. However, sharp price spikes in key components, most notably memory modules, completely disrupted these plans.
At present, Supernote Manta's pricing still maintains a profit margin, while Supernote Nomad's pricing has reached a point of negative margin. As a result, we are forced to increase the price of the Nomad.
The details of the adjustment are as follows:
- Starting Sep 29, 2026, the price of the Supernote Nomad (White Edition and Crystal Edition) will increase by $30 USD. All regional official stores will adjust prices on the exact same day, with specific localized prices varying slightly depending on exchange rates, operational costs and tax structures.
- Supernote Manta will remain at its current price in all other global regions (except in the China market, where pricing will increase slightly due to added import costs following the shift in production).
- Folios, pens, and all other accessories will remain at their current prices.
- This price adjustment will remain steady through Q1 2027, and will not change during this period.
If you happen to have plans to purchase a Supernote Nomad in the near future, we are sharing this notice two weeks in advance so you can make your decision at the current price before Sep 29.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
