Warm Reminder for Second-hand Purchases

Buying a pre-owned Supernote from a non-official channel? Verify before you pay.

We recommend asking the seller for the following:

1. A full video of the device booting up, showing essential features such as note-taking and the sidebar, then navigating to Settings > System > Device Serial Number so the serial number is clearly visible.
2. Their original order payment proof.

Devices flagged as lost, stolen, internal test units (not for resale), or missing proper distribution records may return a "device not found" status, and some features won't work.
