Return policy for Open-Box products

Please note that this return policy only applies to Open-Box products and is different from the return policy for non-Open-Box products.
STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN
STEP 1: Check Eligibility.
45-DAY RETURN WITH FULL REFUND
- For customers at Supernote.com to have more time to trial, the return period is extended to 45 calendar days of receipt.
- Refunds are NOT deducted 20 to 30 USD restocking fees, you only need to pay the shipping costs at the time of return.
- If you purchase a set/bundle, please return the devices, pens and folios in the set together.
STEP 2: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return.
STEP 3: Perform a Factory-Reset to remove all personal data from the device.
STEP 4: Pack everything together.
- The return item(s) must be in original packaging (box with bubble/sponge wrap to prevent damage), as well as the instructions guide and spare parts (if any).
STEP 5: Ship back to Supernote.
STEP 6: Review our Device Inspection Results.
- If there ARE hardware damages or defects NOT mentioned when a return request was initiated, there may be a return rejection without refund.
If there ARE factory hardware damages or defects that WERE mentioned with evidence like pictures and videos when a return request was initiated, we will provide a full refund and pay for any shipping charges.
Generally, you are able to receive a refund within 15 business days after we provide the Device Inspect Results to you.
