This pen is nearly perfect for the Nomad. While it doesn't have a specific button like other EMR pens, it's still an excellent writing tool. Its clear body perfectly complements the Nomad. Still 5/5 even without the button.
This is a fantastic device, very well-made, and it looks impressive. It genuinely feels like writing on real paper. The software is reliable, though it's not the easiest to figure out right away, so you'll definitely need to spend some time with the user guide. My only complaint is that I wish the syncing with Google Drive was smoother. Also, it would be great to see support for Obsidian added in the future.

I'm not generally a big note taker, but I purchased a Manta mostly to help with context switching at work so I'm not forced to keep so much in my head at all times. Also, I liked the sound of the sort of more offline-first approach compared to some other options.
I also started buying a lot of LAMY fountain pens on trips to Germany, so I was very interested in that as a stylus option. What I read about the writing feel and the ceramic nibs all sounded great and so far the whole package has lived up to my expectations.
After using first the click-pen, the weight of HOM2 is perfect and feel much more premium!
It's been just as advertised. Clean and direct UI, allows focus on notes and To-Dos, best writing feel in the space, and good battery life.
Theodds of me needing this was low but when I needed it I was glad it was available and was easy to install. Thank you!
I really like this item. I had the fabric one before but found that it got dirty too easily. I love this "leather" version so much.
Having this writing tablet changed my way to work and collect ideas. It is incredibly easy and intuitive to write things down. I love it!
I love my Manta so much. I went from multiple notebooks with "dedicated" sections for different projects, scratch pads scattered around my desk, and digital notes in OneNote to everything scrawled in my Manta. I have all of my notes with me all the time. There's no more trying to remember which medium I jotted my thoughts down in. I show all of my coworkers and beam like it's my child as they fawn over it. I love it!
Hi Supernote. I just want to say thank you for getting this device absolutely right. It ticks every box that matters to me. Incredibly light and really well made. The OS is very responsive. Brilliant built in touch controls are the best I have seen on any tablet, not just e-ink. It has the best writing experience of any e ink device I have used so far...oh and the drawing app is superb. I love the white/pale grey aesthetic. The modular right to repair approach and upgradable internal storage (up to 2TB!). I added an extra 128GB to mine with minimal effort for pennies so now my entire kindle and audible library fits on here...and if it grows bigger I can just get a 256GB and so on. It fixes any anxiety about storage. So glad I did not fall for the Boox trapped ecosystem/rip off pen tip stealth subscription with fixed miserly storage. I am so impressed by your company I am already looking at developing both software plugins and templates and a hardware device that supports your ecosystem. I will be adding more from you soon...like that gorgeous Lamy pen with the permanent ceramic tip and perhaps the Nomad Crystal (any news of the tinned special edition coming back?) The OS is sublime. Your thinking is exactly right...minimal apps but side loading if you need to add specialised tools I am adding Markor and Audible. The companion app works seamlessly on any smartphone, tablet or computer. I nearly didn't buy it because of the loop...then discovered it is removable and customisable. Ironically I love the loop now. it is better than a magnet by a mile. Every single component in this machine is user replaceable (screen digitiser, motherboard, battery, etc), and I am guessing, one day upgradable. You have done such an incredible job. Absolutely love that this is Japanese. I'd give this 6 stars if you let me. Keep up the fantastic work, and thank you so much. A one screwdriver, user upgradable/repairable utterly brilliant design. I love the heart of metal 2! It feels lovely in the hand - it’s has a smooth grip and the right amount of weight. Excellent!
Feels like good quality materials were used and it’s very well crafted. I can’t decide if I want to put stickers on it or jusr leave it very minimal. Either way it’s lovely
Love it! It’s the perfect distraction free analog meets digital notebook. I’m an apple customer so the OS is all very new to me, but I’ve still managed to be extremely productive with my Nomad. Now i just need to figure out how to organize my files
I have been very impressed with it. Ive managed to to create 12 differrent notebooks in 2 weeks and now I dont have to carry 3 notebooks around and I can search too.
